Why do I  do what I do? Well I would sit and think of the the things that go on in our everyday life,companys that lie, cheat and steal from there so called "valued costumers" , companies that tell employees that they are family and then when one of them has troubles that company "family" turns their back on them all in the name of a dollar. As I would think of these things I could feel my blood bubble and my temper rise and I would say, what kind of person allows things like this to happen? And then I would say (I do). So now instead of putting my blood pressure into orbit I make a line in the sand and say I'll do something no matter how small of an impact it may have. If I don't then I have no right to complain. As the saying goes " The only thing I have to be ashamed of is I have done nothing, and for that I am ashamed" If I can help one person then any and all of this would be worth it and more.

Rent-A-Center shouldn't complain about there customers not paying when they target low income families and are allowing there employees to conduct themselves in an inappropriate manner. most of the people that Rent-A-Center complains about call them when they can't pay on time to try and work out other arrangements or have been told at the time of their agreement that their pay dates will work just fine only to find out two weeks later Rent-A-Center is calling and telling them there pay date is not on that date but a different one that is specified in the contract. When one of these things happens the customer is usually meant with resistants when they try to square things out and of course this only leads to negative affects with the customer becoming frustrated and just giving up on paying. Now when this takes place Rent-A-Center will come looking for the merchandise and this usually ends in a confutation between them and the customer. now I'm not saying every customer will make a good attempt at paying their bill but Rent-A-Center doesn't help matters with strong arm tactics and a bully approach to resolving the situation.

Ultra Poly is one company that should just put it's head in the sand as deep as it can. In the day just about any and all would tell you this is a great place to work. The people from the office to the production floor are the best there is anywhere. But now I'm sure you would be hard pressed to find someone outside of management that would agree to that statement. Now it has a production manger that cares nothing about his workers. They still don't care about the environment or there employees health.It seemed that for a long time employees were willing to try to change things but all there efforts were scorned and rejected, now all that matters is $$$$$$$$$. Alan LaFiura It's time to turn back the clock and give the company you worked so hard to build  the respect and reputation that it deserves. All Up employees past ,present and future will forever be in my thoughs and prayers.
